Bathroom: On the first floor, with toilet, sink, bath and power shower. Hot and cold water. Separate toilet and sink facilities on the ground floor.
Lounge: Large Old World room with dining table and lounge chairs. Open fire and television. With view of Cathedral and children’s play area.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with the following facilities: Stainless steel sink unit, hot and cold water, electric cooker with four rings, oven and grill, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and ironing facilities. An ample supply of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Heating: Oil fired central heating throughout the house, will also heat water. Also open fire in lounge. Electric heaters in bathroom, kitchen and lounge, also emersion heater for heating water. Heating and electricity cost extra. Oil heating is on a meter. Electricity is on a €2 meter.
